The garden spaces at the Land? and our Animals!

The garden at the land has developed into a shady and calm space, which feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore and its suburbs. There are many flowering trees and shrubs, waterbodies, paths and sitting spaces.

The vegetable plot is a place where we have experimented with using biodynamic techniques of growing organic vegetables.

We have enjoyed planting different fruiting and flowering trees, and the garden has become an environment which is home to much wildlife; insects, birds, butterflies, moths, frogs, and toads. (Although they mostly keep in the garden they have been known to wander into the house!- all very friendly ones we hasten to add.) We also enjoy keeping dogs, cats, chickens and a cow.
