Garden of Stories
The Garden of Stories project for the National Centre was commissioned in 1999 and completed in 2002. The project involved working with three of tribal stories from different landscapes: the forest, mountains and agricultural land. Each story dealt with different archetypes such as the child, horse, snake, chariot, tree, sun and moon. These elements were worked into a composition relating to the story as a whole.
