Day 10- MONDAY- Reflection and organising our ideas!
The last day... This had been planned as a day in which we could choose what to do in our own time. That was excellent planning as some of us had small things we really wanted to catch up on- like another few hours spent in the village, finishing off the village study! We all decided we should pool our ideas on how we could use the experiences we had had back in school and so we had a session where we shared ideas and thoughts. That was massively useful. Many of the group spent a lot of time organising the resources we had been given and had gathered with the photos from the visit into folders.
We had a session with Imo looking at traditional indian mural painting and patterning, she also showed us the differences between that and Mehindi patterns, which we then practiced. Some of us had Mehindi put on our hands!
We had a last meal outside by the bamboo corner.. and an early night...
The bus took us back to the airport in time to catch our flight at 6.30am.
