Downloads for: Booking, joining and preparing for a study visit to India
Stage 1: Booking up- click HERE for information about booking up. The downloads are also available below.
Stage 2: After booking- Once you have joined the group we will need you to download our activity choice form so that we can create a programme of activities which covers the curriculum areas that you are interested in. You will then need to send off for a Visa for India and so there is some information attached about that process. Don't send off for it too early as they only last for six months! Its best to send off for it about four months before you travel. You may also be interested to read some health advice, and look at some of our suggested reading material.
Stage 3: Before the preparation meeting in September you may wish to glance through a suggested Kit list and some advice for travel in India, both which we will cover in detail at the meeting so don't feel like you need to read them through too thoroughly. Please do download our medical and consent form, complete it, and bring it to the meeting.
